Shipping policy
UK-wide delivery
Customers in the UK can buy online and choose one of the following options:
£4.95 standard delivery
2 – 4 working days via Yodel.
£6.95 express delivery
1 - 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We will ship a maximum of 5 items per delivery up to a maximum weight of 2kg. For larger orders, please email us for delivery costs.
Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at present – we're sorry for any disappointment.
Free in-store collection
If you're local to Brighton & Hove, you can save the delivery charge and collect in-store for free. Please allow up to 48 hours.
Free local delivery for disabled customers
We offer free local delivery with no minimum order for customers living in BN1, BN2 & BN3 postcodes who are disabled, chronically ill, or unable to make it into the shop.
We will aim to prepare your item for despatch or collection within 1 – 2 working days. Please note that the shop is closed most Mondays & Tuesdays, so orders placed on these days will be fulfilled on the following Wednesday.
There may also be times when we are away, on holiday or doing life stuff – in these instances, we will use pop up messages on this website to indicate any expected delays.
