By placing an order with Dream Street Records, you are accepting the following terms.

Ordering from this website

Everything listed on our website will be in stock. We don't take pre-orders for forthcoming releases at present.

Depending on the delivery service you choose, you should receive your items within 2 – 4 working days. Orders received before 3pm on weekdays will be fulfilled and mailed that day.

Photos on this website

Please note that product images used on this website are generic photos representing the title, not images of that exact copy for sale. As such, photographs do not reflect the condition of that specific item.

Condition gradings

We grade used vinyl records, CDs, audio and VHS cassettes according to the Goldmine Gradings. These are based on visual inspections of both the media (vinyl record, compact disc, cassette tape) and its sleeve or case. 

Each product listed on this site will have a condition grading for both the media and the sleeve (in that order). 

e.g. a 12" single with Condition: NM/VG+ will comprise a disc graded Near Mint (NM) and a sleeve graded Very Good Plus (VG+).

Condition	Media	Sleeve / case
New	Mint condition, never been played.	Mint condition, usually factory sealed.
Used: Near Mint (NM)	Practically mint condition, played just a few times, if at all.
Used: Very Good Plus (VG+)	Slight signs of wear may include light scuffs, or very light scratches that do not affect playback.	Signs of minor wear at the edges or small creases.
Used: Very Good (VG)	Many of the imperfections found on a VG+ record are more obvious here. Any surface noise should not overpower the music.	Many signs of handling including: ring wear, larger creases, small seam splits, minor sticker damage.
Used: Good Plus (G+)	Record plays through without skipping, but with significant surface noise and groove wear.	Ring wear to the point of distraction, seam splits obvious on sight.

14 day no quibble returns

We offer a no quibble 14-day returns policy if you change your mind and return the item in the same condition with a valid receipt and the original price tag. 

Please note that if you have opened a new, factory-sealed item, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or exchange if this item is not faulty.

Faulty items

While we aim to play test as many records as we can, we aren't able to do this for every item.

If your item is faulty (warped, scratched, skips), not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are legally entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, and a full replacement or exchange after that in line with your consumer rights.
