Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as pre-order items. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product, not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout for fulfilment at a future date clearly indicated on the product page. 

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Please note that that sometimes there are delays to pre-order titles that are out of our control. In these instances, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you an indication of when your pre-order item is likely to arrive. If we are unable to provide you with an accurate date, we will offer you a full refund on the item(s).
