When David McAlmont burst into the top 10 in 1995 with Yes – his soaring collaboration with ex-Suede guitarist Bernard Butler – everyone was taken by surprise.
For many queer music fans, David's arrival – all blue lipstick and Judy Garland vocal stylings – came not a moment too soon.
Join us as we welcome the man behind that voice as our special guest for the day as we celebrate the 30th anniversary reissue of The Sound of McAlmont & Butler.
